The EDGE junior golf classes has been a very popular training alternative for young golf athletes for many years. The performance culture has brought up some of the best junior golfers in the world – the model, science and coaching culture is the same – and the group training is available for any junior that want a more specific approach to their fitness training. After hundreds of group sessions every year – the training is highly based on experience and knowledge on how to keep the young athletes in the flow and to stimulate to performance, fun, skill building and specificity to the game of golf.

JUNIOR GROUP SESSIONS 2017/18:
Juniors 8-12 years: Wednesdays 1800-1900 hours
Juniors 12-16 years: Thursdays 1900-2000 hours
