The Mid-Am golf specific golf fitness classes is for you who want a combination of fitness training for golf, meeting other golf friends and to train to improve general health and physics. The Mid-Am group training model is based on the same model as the best golfers in the world train every week – an athletic approach where all areas of your fitness needs are targeted.


Mondays        1900-2000

Wednesdays  1800-1900

Thursdays       0900-1000
