The time I have spent with Kim, we have focused on building a body that’s strong and agile in order to get faster and hit it longer. In addition to that. Being healthy is just as important, so the training itself varies from basic Olympic lifts to movement training and other explosive exercises.
Kim and I have been working together since 2015, and I can’t thank him enough for his “never give up” attitude that has helped me through 3 different golf related injuries. Together we have figured out the most efficient way to get me stronger, more flexible and I feel ready to take on the European Tour in 2022!
I started my performance coaching with EDGE and Kim when I was 15 years old. The sessions has always been specific to my needs and to my sport, and are varied and fun. Back to high school when I was part of Wang Toppidrett Oslo we had a group of talented young golfers who trained together every week and built up a fantastic physical training culture for golf. My training and coaching by EDGE has made me take out a great potential when it comes to speed and power and at work on Ladies European Tour is a great advantage for me. Besides physical training and coaching I have learnt alot that I will bring along for the rest of my life.
I moved to Oslo and high school at Wang Toppidrett when I was 15 years old. At that time I started working with Kim to develope my fitness towards golf. Together we made a plan and that plan still continues. I have had great improvements in my physical and mental skills. Kim is always working hard to get the best out of his athletes and really enjoy the journey we are on.
